Where Are We?
Find the map hidden in the garden to open the story gate

Eli and I decided to go to the beach.
But, I didn’t know where the beach was.
So, I asked Eli, “Eli, how can we go to the beach?”
She thought for a second.
Then, she replied, “Well, I don’t really know Riri.
We must look it up on the map.
But, I didn’t even know what a map was.
So, I asked again,“What is a map, Eli?”
Eli replied, “A map is a drawing. It shows where you are.
Also, it shows other places you want to go”.
At that point, she pulled a map out of her pocket.
She showed me what a map was.
“Riri, this is a map. Look.
To get to the beach, we have to first turn right.
Then, we will walk a bit straight ahead.
And finally, we will turn left again”.
I was a bit dizzy and perplexed.
I said, “But Eli, what does left and right mean?
Eli passed to my one side and told me,
“Look, Riri, this side is your right side. This is your right arm.
This is your right hand. When you want to go to this side,
you should say, turn right.”
Then she flew to my other side, and explained, “And, this is your left side.”
It was not easy. I said, “Eli, I need to practice
on the left side and the right side. Can you help me learn it?”.
Eli said with a big smile, “Of course, I will”.
